Booking & Payment
How do I book a tour?
You can book directly on our website using the booking form on any tour page (credit card via Stripe), or send us a message on WhatsApp (+212 708073022). We respond within minutes during our operating hours (07:00–22:00 GMT+1).
Is a deposit required?
We require a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your tour, before departure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) online via Stripe, as well as cash payment on arrival in EUR, MAD, USD, or GBP.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Logistics & Pickup
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes! Roundtrip hotel transfers are included in all tours for guests staying in Agadir, Taghazout, Tamraght, and Aourir (Banana Village). Just let us know your hotel name when booking.
What time will I be picked up?
Pickup times are typically 15–30 minutes before the tour's departure time. You'll receive your exact pickup time via WhatsApp the evening before your tour.
Can you pick me up from Essaouira or Marrakech?
Our standard pickup zone covers Agadir and the Taghazout Bay area. For pickups from further locations, please contact us for a custom quote.

What tours do you offer?
Our live catalog covers Paradise Valley, Souss-Massa wildlife, Anti-Atlas heritage, Taroudant, Essaouira, coastal trips, dunes, caving, cycling and multi-day expeditions. Check the tours page for the current published list and prices.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Suitability and minimum ages vary by activity. Please share every child’s age and check the current tour page so we can confirm seats, walking level, and whether a child may ride or drive.
Can I book a private tour?
Private arrangements are available on request for many excursions. Contact us with the tour, date, pickup point and group size so we can confirm availability and pricing.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides speak English, French, Arabic, and Tamazight (Berber). German and Spanish-speaking guides can be arranged on request.
Practical Info
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen (SPF 30+), sunglasses, a hat, a light layer for cooler mornings, your camera, and a small amount of cash for personal items. For swimming tours, bring swimwear and a towel.
Is the weather good year-round in Agadir?
Agadir enjoys over 300 sunny days per year with mild temperatures. Summer (June–September) is warm (25–35°C). Spring and autumn are ideal (20–28°C). Winter is mild (15–22°C) — perfect for hiking.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend personal travel insurance for excursions. Ask us for the insurance and safety details of your specific tour before booking rather than assuming the same cover applies to every activity.
